C'mon. Just because the factory is in Canada, doesn't mean it was "Given to the world" by Canada. Then you may as well say it was given to the world by Mexico too. Because that's where the 6.2L engine is made.

From what I’ve seen depending on which province you’re in we just mimic the us, B.C. Would be like California Alberta would kinda be like Texas and and a blend of a few other southern states SK and MB are like the Midwest Ontario is like Virgina and the east coast and so on. Applies to car brands too, B.C. Eco friendly electric, Albertas trucks and dirty diesels and so on

I personally installed the line for the 300/charger on 2003 shortly thereafter upgraded that same line to build the challenger. We also built the new Camaro when it was reintroduced. Honda builds the CR-V at the same plant that we build the civics at Just a lowly Millwright working in the Toronto area. Never made it out to Toyota in Woodstock but I hear its a fantastic plant and yes we are clawing back into steady work again at the “plants” the big 3 across the recent announcements are getting a combined $4,000,000,000 minimum over the next 4 years. A welcomed boost to our economic issues and morale.

A Quebec company tried to mass produce a spirts car named Manic GT in 1969 - 1970. In the early 1990s, Hydro-Quebec invested in early electric car devopment, with their "motor wheel" concept, but batteries were not advanced enough and the project was abandoned. There were various other attempts at starting car companies in Canada but you have only scratched the surface. You have not covered European car makers and their influences as well. Renault engineers has been cooperating with Quebec companies such as Nova Bus and Lion.

It is an Acadian Canco. Pronounced Can-so. Not conso. Canso is a small village in Nova Scotia that has Acadian ties dating back to the 1600’s. I love Donuts
